Privacy Policy for Heavy Bus Simulator

This policy applies specifically to the Android game Heavy Bus Simulator, package com.DynamicGames.HeavyBusSimulatorTeste. The app is published on Google Play by i6 Games, uses the Dynamic Games product brand, and is managed as part of the AppHoldings app portfolio.

Information used by the app

The game does not require an account. Game settings and progress are stored locally on the device. The app does not ask for a name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone access, or precise location.

To provide and measure advertising, Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform may process the advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic or usage information. Where required, the app asks for consent before initializing advertising and honors the available consent choices.

Advertising and third-party processing

Heavy Bus Simulator uses Google AdMob. Google may use the information above to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads, including personalized ads when the user has consented and applicable law permits them. Local game progress remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google controls retention for information it processes under its own policies. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us so the concern can be investigated.
